Boot Camp description:
 

Bootcamp-style classes are high-energy, full-body workouts designed to help you build strength, boost endurance, and move with more control, without ever feeling lost or left behind.

Each class is circuit-based, with 4–5 “pods” (stations) that you rotate through with a partner or small group. No more than two to three people do the same movement at once, so you get space to focus and move.

I mix strength, cardio, and core — always with variety, always with purpose. Check out some of the recent workouts here

Looking for a training program built just for you? Every personal training session is fully customized to your goals, needs, and fitness level. 

Whether you're aiming to build strength, improve endurance, increase mobility, recover from injury, or just feel more confident in your body, I’ll write a personalized workout plan that evolves with you.

We’ll use a wide variety of equipment — including rowers, SkiErgs, dumbbells, barbells, trap bars, wall balls, and more — to keep sessions dynamic, challenging, and effective.

Train one-on-one or in a semi-private session with a friend or family member.
